Abstracts will be published to the beginning of Conference.

PUBLICATIONS

The full reports will be publishing in Russian and international scientific magazines. For this purpose these paper (printed 8 12 pages and DOC.- file) will be submitted by the authors to the Conference beginning.

The Organizing Commitee chosen full reports will be publishing in Russian and international scientific magazines.
